Scene Arts is one of the partners of the 2023 Music & Media event. Music & Media is one of the most important forums for creative professionals nationwide, gathering participants for four days of networking in Tampere. The event itself will take place at Tampere House, but there will be a wide range of other side events.
Scene Arts will provide Eventee with a digital event platform for the event, which will allow for internal social media-style communication for all participants. We will take advantage of the integration we have built between Tiketti, the ticketing company for the event, and our partner platform Eventee.
In addition, we will be prominently involved in the event’s social media and will have our own stand in the event space throughout the event. At our stand, participants will be able to try out our price calculator.

Recent productions by Scene Arts:
- Technical arrangements for an international multi-day hybrid event at the Hotel Hilton Kalastajatorpa in Helsinki, including Eventee’s event platform, LED screen, stage and remote connections, as well as live streaming arrangements from multiple venues.
- Hybrid technical arrangements for the month-long BRiDG3 hackathon in Tampere for the Tampere Entrepreneurship Society, including the Eventee event platform and livestream productions.
- Streaming of the rafting competitions online and transmission of the image to an LED screen including real-time aerial footage from a drone.
- Screen-shooting for PunaMusta Profilight Oy at Ratina stadium. PunaMusta Profilight Oy provided LED screens for the opening ceremony of the EMG event.
