Background information on the event
6GESS Day showcased cutting-edge 6G health and energy application research. The event featured a line-up of international leading professors, 6GESS professors and associate professors. The event was held as a hybrid event in Oulu at Hotel Lasareti and online on the Eventee platform. 6GESS Day was hosted by the 6GESS Profilation Research Program of the University of Oulu.
The starting point for production
As this was an international hybrid event, our client was looking for a partner to implement the streaming. Very quickly, however, we offered to implement the entire event technology and technology package.
Our solution
We provided the technical, technological and aesthetic backbone for the event on a turnkey basis:
- Event platform including mobile app, interactive tools, participant data, etc.
- Livestreaming for remote participants
- Integration of international remote speakers into the event space and livestream
