Background information
The Brain Injury Association is an advocacy organisation for people with brain injuries and their loved ones, which aims to promote the independent and equal participation of people with brain injuries in society. The associations belonging to the Brain Injury Association have activities in about 30 localities throughout Finland. The Brain Injury Association and its local associations organise annual webinars on the subject and need a professional and cooperative partner for the technical organisation.
From individual webinars to partnership
Initially, the Brain Injury Association looked for a streaming technology supplier for each production separately, with the quality of the end result and the level of customer service also varying from production to production. The need for post-production subtitles, which had to be spelled correctly and clearly, was also a key factor in the Brain Injury Association’s activities. In this respect, too, the client should be able to rely on the quality and ability of the technical supplier.
After Scene Arts delivered two individual webinar productions for the Brain Injury Association in Oulu and Helsinki, we decided to sign a partnership agreement that will guarantee that the Brain Injury Association’s webinar productions will continue to be delivered with a polite, considered and confident approach in the future.
Our solution
We will act as a webinar partner of the Brain Injury Association for the duration of the contract with clear fixed pricing. The technical implementation of the webinar is tailored to the Brain Injury Association’s needs, and they can focus on designing the content of the webinars with confidence that the technology will be of a consistently professional standard – no matter where in the country the webinar takes place.
