Background information on the event
The Soil and Agriculture event brought together researchers, farmers, policy makers and business representatives at the Hilton Kalastajantorppa Hotel in Helsinki to discuss carbon sequestration, gain new perspectives and get inspired. The aim of the event was to help the world move towards healthy soils and productive and highly sustainable agriculture.
The event provided a platform to share new scientific findings and allowed for a vital exchange of ideas between different actors, each in their own way and at different levels, promoting soil health and soil carbon sequestration.
The meeting was targeted at experts from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Ireland, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Ukraine.
Production baseline
Our client was looking for a complete technical and technological solution for their multi-day event, including, for example, side sessions running simultaneously in several rooms, each with remote speakers and live streaming. The main event space should be made spectacular and everything should be built on a digital event platform.
The production would be built in close collaboration and communication should be smooth.
