Background information on the event
Field Day 2022 is a joint event of FIN SOIL ACTION, SOMPA, CANEMURE, OMAIHKA, TURINA and MULTA.
The Natural Resources Institute Finland and the Baltic Sea Action Group (BSAG) co-organised an outdoor event open to all at the Ruuk Research Station in Siikajoki, providing a wide range of information on peatland and farmland research. The event provided an opportunity to meet researchers, farmers and partners. The latest information on more sustainable use of peatlands, such as wetland and carbon farming, was on offer.
Baseline of production
The outdoor event required a stage (mobile stage), sound system, lighting and presentation equipment. In addition, the stage programme was to be videoed.
Our solution
After a thorough preliminary discussion of our client’s needs, we provided all the solutions our client required for the event on a turnkey basis. We provided a mobile stage for the event area through our partner, implemented the sound system for the outdoor event, the video technology for the slideshows and the lighting. In addition, we videoed the entire stage programme and delivered the post-edited videos to our client.
