Background information on the event
The month-long BRiDG3 hackathon took place in Tampere 2023 and culminated in a celebration at the Nokia Arena. The competition with great prizes offered an opportunity for anyone interested in Web3 to make a difference in the world, supported by mentoring from pioneering Web3 educators.
BRiDG3 provided an inspiring experience through which participants were able to develop valuable skills and network with the best companies in the industry. Students came together for a month of hacking, both face-to-face and online.
The event’s Challenge Partners are Yle, Valmet, Tampere, the University of Tampere, The Good Cartel and Unicef.
Production baseline
Our client was looking for a partner to livestream the month of the event and enable remote participation. The live streaming would take place at Platform6 in Tampere, where we would integrate our in-house av-technology system to enable a hybrid experience.
Our solution
We provided a turnkey technical, technological backbone for the event:
- An event platform suitable for a hybrid event, including a mobile app, interactive tools, participant data, etc.
- Livestreaming for remote participants
- In-house technology operation of the event space
- Enabling virtual workspaces
