Scene Arts launches a Premium service model for international events

Scene Arts is renewing its service model to better meet the needs of demanding and international events. The new Premium service model is designed for situations where the success of the event is critical and the technical production must perform flawlessly in all conditions.

The renewed service model is divided into three levels: Basic, Pro and Premium. The levels do not define the size of the event, but rather how much planning, responsibility and risk management the overall production requires. The goal of the model is to clarify responsibilities and expectations already at the planning stage.

Three service levels for different needs

  1. Basic is a cost effective solution for events where the overall concept has already been planned by the client. Scene Arts is responsible for the agreed technical setup and execution, with technicians and equipment on site well before the event begins. This service level is suitable for situations where a reliable and clear technical implementation is needed without broader production support.
  2. Pro is the most common service level at Scene Arts. It also includes the work of a technical producer. Scene Arts participates in the planning process, ensures the technical solutions and takes care that the technology supports the content and flow of the event throughout the entire production. This service level is well suited for events where the overall experience and smooth execution are key success factors.
  3. Premium is the highest service level for demanding and high visibility events. The focus is on a disciplined production process, thorough advance planning and multi stage verification of critical elements. This service level is intended for high profile situations where exceptionally high expectations are placed on the event.

“We renewed our service model so that the client can choose the level of responsibility that best suits their needs. Premium is our highest level for situations where the success of the event is critical and risks need to be minimized.”

Premium especially for international and critical events

The Premium service model is suitable for example for product launches, executive and internal corporate events, investor events and flagship company events. In international productions, Scene Arts’ operations are guided by anticipation, clear responsibility structures and verified execution. These factors are often decisive for the success of the event.

The execution model combines a Nordic core team with carefully selected local partners. This ensures that the level of production and working methods remain consistent regardless of the event location.

Technology on the client’s brand terms

Scene Arts emphasizes that the technical execution always starts from the client’s brand and the desired impression. Technology is not merely a functional part of the event, but a central element of the overall experience.

“At the event, the client’s brand is on stage. We make sure it shines.”

Premium strategy already in practice

The Premium service model is already visible at Scene Arts through concrete international assignments. The company’s first Premium level international event will be delivered later this year in Saudi Arabia.

To support international growth, Scene Arts has appointed Sammy Van De Velden to the role of Sales Ambassador and Senior Technical Director for the Benelux region. He has over 20 years of experience in events and television productions and is known for his work as a television director on Belgium’s Got Talent and The Voice Belgium.

According to the company, Benelux is a natural region for international Premium collaboration due to the strong presence of global brands and event agencies in the area.

Be Premium.
